Two standards available today: Brand Schema and GTM Data Schema

One source of truth. Every AI starts from it.

SchemaFirst.org is a community for universal, openly governed standards so your organization publishes its authoritative brand, data, and operational context in the format Agents know and expect—so every system begins from the same definitive source instead of rebuilding or hallucinating it.

The problem

Separate prompts create separate versions of your organization.

When every team, contractor, and vendor recreates your brand rules, data definitions, and company context for a different AI tool, definitions conflict, brand drifts, and models infer meaning you never approved. SchemaFirst separates your organizational truth from the tool that happens to consume it.

How it works

Define once. Publish once. Every compatible system starts from the same source.

  1. 01

    Define

Decide what organizational information is authoritative.

  2. 02

    Structure

Express it using the applicable SchemaFirst schema.

  3. 03

    Publish

Post it at a stable, canonical location you own.

  4. 04

    Discover

Systems find the standards you have published.

  5. 05

    Retrieve

Each consumer pulls only the fields relevant to its task.

  6. 06

    Apply

The tool uses that context in its workflow.

  7. 07

    Validate

Outputs are checked against the source and version.

  8. 08

    Update

You change the canonical source; consumers follow.

Not every consumer receives every standard. A design tool may retrieve visual identity fields while a sales agent retrieves product terminology and approved claims—each from the same authoritative source.
